Wiklöf Holding Ab acquired 30,000 Series B shares in the Bank of Åland Abp, and after this transaction thus holds a total of 1,031,363 Series B and 507,128 Series A shares in the Bank of Åland Abp, which corresponds to 10.13 percent of the shares in the Bank of Åland Plc and 8.08 percent of the voting power in the Bank of Åland Plc. After the transaction the Wiklöf Holding group of companies owns a total of 2,510377 shares and thus have 16.53 % of the amount of shares and 19.73 % of the voting rights.
